Perhaps paradoxically, some of the areas where more can be learned are those where daily actions. Breathing, walking, eating, talking, listening, coordinate actions with others. These are basic living skills, we have learned in our childhood y. .. How long has it been since the review?

   

Probably because we do believe that every day, we know it. But, for example, how is your body position right now? Are you sitting, relaxed, with your spine straight? o Is there tension in your shoulders? Will your head tilted forward? How are your arms and hands?

  

Turning to another area. What are the conversations with people around you? Are they effective conversations? Is there a conflict, rejection, tense silences? What are your conversations with yourself?

  

The first step to learn is to detect the area where our ability can be improved awareness of the gap between our current competition and potential competition and / or desired in this area.

Without belittling the importance of technical, we propose to focus on the individual, team or organization seeking a certain result. 
   

Before asking how do you do?, To ask who I am / we are? What I am / we are seeing? What NOT to am / we are seeing? What are my / our expectations? What are my / our difficulties? What I / we went on a past experience? What are my / our trends? What costs am / are willing to pay?

Both on a personal level, as in the family business and society, the ability to achieve results that matter depend on the actions we take. What we sometimes forget is that no action without an actor, no action in the abstract. The action, and thus to produce the result depends entirely on who performs.

Between what rou read and what you experience

A young man who lived in a small town within Greece never seen the sea and wanted to learn about it.

Spend hours and hours in libraries silent, immersed in books describing him and which he learned a lot. Thus he was able to describe its size, name the creatures that inhabit it and even knew the colors that the sun poured over the surface to the west.

His mind was filled with all sorts of views on this so-called ocean. One day he received an invitation to travel to the coast. Came when the sun set over the water. The sounds of the surf and foam splashed praising her beauty. He ran to the shore, plunged his hands beneath the surface and in her mouth the salt water.

Taking off the shoes went into the ocean and felt the softness of the water that cleaned the sand from your feet. As the sea swirled around their legs and colorful dancing sunlight into your eyes, thought: So this is the ocean!

Experience shows how many times we tend to operate on the assumption that we know, only to discover how ignorant we really were.
One of the crucial problems of learning is very often do not know we do not know. And when that happens, just close the possibility of learning and boarded a land full of opportunities to learn new things, like a familiar terrain.
Anything new that we are told, is so caught up in what is already known or premature disqualification.
